By booking a bed or room at Tower City Hostel and by using this website, you agree to the following terms. Reservations are confirmed once the requested dates and bed type are accepted and any required deposit or payment is processed; rates, availability and applicable local taxes are shown at the time of booking and may change until a reservation is confirmed. Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact details, arriving with valid identification, and respecting the stated check-in and check-out times, which our team will happily clarify in advance. Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the rate selected at booking, and guests should review those conditions carefully before completing a reservation, since some discounted or non-refundable rates carry stricter terms. As a shared community space, the hostel asks every guest to treat staff, fellow travelers, property and neighbours with courtesy: quiet hours, safety rules, security procedures and reasonable house guidelines exist to keep the environment comfortable, secure and welcoming for all. Guests are liable for any loss or damage they cause to hostel property, and personal belongings remain the responsibility of each guest, though we provide lockers and secure storage to help protect valuables. We may refuse service or end a stay without refund in cases of unsafe, abusive, unlawful or seriously disruptive behaviour. While we work hard to keep all information, imagery and descriptions on this site accurate and current, occasional errors or changes may occur, and we accept no liability for indirect losses arising from reliance on the website or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
